More Family Dinners With Everyone….Cell Phones Not Allowed.
Volunteer Once a Month.
Drink More Water…Your Weight Divided By 2 Tells You How Much Water You Need Daily.
Go Home and Visit Your Parents More.
Floss Everyday..Your Dentist Will Be So Happy!!
